To enroll in PADI Rescue Diver, you must be an Adventure Diver who has completed the Underwater Navigation Dive, be a minimum of 12-years old and have completed the Emergency First Response Primary & Secondary Care within the previous 24 months. Most of the training and rescue scenarios takes place in open water.
Unlike the Open Water Diver course, PADI Rescue Diver spends very little time in a pool.
